The Empire Suite is adorned with a king Therion four poster bed draped with a hand-woven Persian silk Qum runner, silk organza drapery panels and Scalamander fabrics. An oversized French cheval mirror graces the room which features the original fireplace, walk-in closet, 18th century Dutch walnut wing chairs, 18th century Queen Anne highboy with stocking feet and artwork by Robert Wesley Amick, Theresa Ferber Bernstein and Benjamin Eggelston. The private bath with glass paneled shower overlooks the property's extensive grounds, barn and river.
